Hi there, I'm Sydney Mills! I'm originally from Dallas, Texas and am a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in Film/Animation/Video and a minor in Literary Arts and Studies. I consider myself a chameleon of the creative world... I have worked as an Animation Timer on animated shows such as 'Futurama', 'Disenchantment', and 'Fired on Mars'. Additionally I have created visual media for concert events including Lollapalooza Music Festival. Currently I am one of five filmmakers in Film Independent’s Project Involve 2023 Laika Track, a two year stop-motion animation artist development program in partnership with Laika Studios. In my free time I am also the founder and host of Cool Girl Cinema Club, monthly movie screening events at the Whammy Analog microcinema that focuses on female-centered cinema.
